Trachanas soup

This is an easy and tasty dish for any time of the day.
Preparation:
Pour water in the pot and at the same time, while the water is still cold, throw in the trachanas with some butter or oil. Stir well over medium heat, add salt, pepper and butter and boil for 15-20 minutes while stirring. When ready, add some crumbled cheese. It’s ready to eat.
Another great idea is to add some milk or yogurt when boiling. Or make some bread croutons (use stale bread) to top the soup along with crumbled cheese when serving, or candy some onion with a bit of paprika and add at the end in the pot.

- 4 cups of water

- Olive oil or butter
- Feta cheese
